To keep shipping affordable we use UPS Standard for international shipments and UPS Wordwide Economy for select countries including the USA.

We aim to ship all in stock products within 72 hrs of your order Monday to Friday.

During very busy periods or for pre-orders, your shipment may be delayed because of high order volume or unavailable items.
EU Orders
If you are shopping from within the EU, you will see the final price including taxes at checkout. You will not have to pay any additional charges when your order arrives. We handle and pay VAT to local EU tax authorities on a quarterly basis via the OSS system.
Your local VAT or tax will be added during checkout.
Orders > 2kg
Our website does not process international orders over 2kg. If the items in your basket are displaying no shipping option, then it will be because they are over 2kg, or may not be available in your country.
UK Orders
Until we receive our UK VAT number, we can only accept orders over £135 (about €160).
This amount does not include VAT. When your order arrives in the UK, you will need to pay VAT. Our yarns are 100% made in the UK, so no import duties apply.
We cannot control these charges and are not responsible for them. If you refuse the delivery, we can refund your order minus the full shipping costs, including any shipping fees we covered that you didn’t pay at checkout.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unused items in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please include your reason for the return.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the items and check their condition. Postage costs will not be refunded for items returned that are not faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, all costs will be refunded. Refunds may take up to five business days to appear in your account and will be returned to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
